The movers are coming tomorrow to pack up things for our move to the new place a third of a mile away. They'll actually make the move the next day, my Monday. It's been a busy couple of weeks since we got the keys, but I finally had time to upload the first pics of the place (see pics here).

Fumie's folks moved last week to the unit next to where we'll be, and still have piles of boxes everywhere. I'm sure we'll not be much different. Sigh, I hate moving. But I'm excited to be where we're going, [...]

When Anthony first started talking, one of his first phrases was "carry you" (meaning "carry me"). He didn't understand the grammar, of course, but just took the parts from "Do you want me to carry you, Anthony?" as the sounds to make when he wanted to communicate the idea.

Now, a year later, he's still saying "carry you", and I'm starting to wonder how you teach first and second person personal pronouns. "When Anthony says 'you', it means Daddy, and when Daddy says 'you', it means Anthony." hasn't worked yet.
