(All these photos are through multiple layers of glass from outside the studio, so sorry about the quality.)
Anthony did a solo radio show today for “Funky 802” (FM802, a popular Osaka pop radio station). It was his first time on the radio, and though he started a bit rough, he quickly warmed up to it.
( Either that, or we went to KidZania for the day. )

That is SO AWESOME!
Wow traffic must have really slowed down since the opening, he’s the only one in the studio!
but man that must be fun.
We went on a weekday (Anthony’s school was out for some teacher thing, as were some other schools, but not all). Capacity is 800 kids, but there were about 400… it was wonderful. Some mid-week weekdays have even fewer kids, we were told. —Jeffrey
That’s really cool! I thought Kidzania at first, but then I believed you, so you got me. Anthony looks really cool and in command.
Does one get an audio and/or video recording (of “Funky 802” performance) at the end, or is it “enjoy it while it lasts” type thing?
They shove a CD with a nice printed silkscreen in your hand on the way out… it’s very efficient. —Jeffrey
You must be so proud of him.
I was wondering if there was any reason or significance as to why the sign behind him is in English and not Japanese?
It’s “cool”. English is very common in Japan, either to be cool/modern/stylish, or for the convenience of tourists. This is certainly a case of the former. —Jeffrey
