Amusement park ride, rotating wheel on vertical axis from which swings hang. Lighting in the structure.

Looks like some kind of structure, like a gazebo or umbrella-esque cover for an outdoor table or something.

Hello !
I think it is the center of a big “wheels” of a amusement parc or something like that. we can see, a protection to get in the center ( for maintenance I think). And I think it has a circular shape.
