My folks have a small farm (here in Rootstown, Ohio, where I'm visiting for the summer<\/a>)\nthat they've rented out since before I could<\/span> remember. I do remember<\/span>,\nperhaps 35 years ago, the last time we fixed it up. 35 years of hard labor\nlater, and it's looking a bit<\/span> rough for wear.<\/p>\n\n

A renter just moved out after having been there 15 or so years, so I\ntook<\/span> the opportunity to walk around, and snapped some pictures of the\ndecaying barn and even-worse-shape henhouse....<\/p>\n\n

The “haunted tree” appears to have been quite a large<\/span> tree at one point, but seems to have been cut down a long<\/span> time ago, about six feet off the ground. In the years<\/span> since, numerous small sprouts of tree have grown out, giving it somewhat of a haunted<\/span> Don King look...<\/p>\n\n
