I tend to take pictures of them whenever I see<\/span> them (all the time), so\nI'm surprised that they've appeared on my blog only three times in the\npast, in posts about Arashiyama<\/a>, Giouji Temple<\/a>, and Konpukuji Temple<\/a>\n(update<\/b>: and Miyajima<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n

I really liked the rack of gate\nofferings<\/a>, as (I think<\/span>) they made for some great imagery.<\/p>\n\n

The real gates weren't so bad themselves, of course; with paths\nleading every which way, a fresh<\/span> perspective was always presenting\nitself.<\/p>\n\n
