This follows on the heels of <a\nhref=\"http:\/\/www.chickeeandmike.com\/id54.htm\">my niece Grace's<\/a> birth <a\nhref=\"\/blog\/2005-05-29\/31\">three months ago<\/a>. <span class='nobr'>It certainly<\/span> seems that <span class='nobr'>a lot<\/span> of friends have become pregnant or had babies in\nthe last year or so. <span class='nobr'>I sort of<\/span> thought I'd hit this age when <span class='nobr'>I was<\/span> 25, but\nI'm glad <span class='nobr'>I didn't,<\/span> as it wouldn't have meant much to me then. (Your world\nview, and what you pay attention to, certainly changes once you have your\nown kid -- it's like you can suddenly see in color, but hadn't known that\nyou were missing anything.)\n\n<\/p><p>\n\nCongratulations to Marcy and Marty!
