I'd been a bit under the weather lately because, er, my plumbing had\nbeen stopped up (more bluntly: constipation), until Mom thought of\nsomething she'd used 40+ years ago: magnesium\ncitrate<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

An adult my size takes a dose of one bottle (10 ounces). We picked<\/span> one\nup yesterday afternoon for just $0.99 plus tax, but it was worth its weight\nin gold.<\/p>\n\n

I drank the whole bottle of the sour lemony stuff, then a large<\/span> glass of\nwater, and waited. Four hours later, it made itself known during a short<\/span>\nbut entirely effective<\/b> trip to the bathroom. I'll spare you further\ndetails, but I'm feeling much better today.<\/p>\n\n

It continues to work a bit for the next day, but otherwise doesn't have\nmuch residual effect, so it really seems to be an ideal cure. I thought<\/span> others might wish to know so that they can keep it in mind for their own\nfuture needs.<\/p>\n\n

This was my first (and hopefully last) bout with constipation, but rest\nassured that I'll keep you updated with more details, should they present\nthemselves. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n
