They went out onto the lawn, and each\ntime Anthony noticed <span class='nobr'>a firefly,<\/span> he pointed and ran toward it with\nunconstrained excitement. Anthony would find that the firefly would go dark\nbefore he got there, only to see another one somewhere else, so in this\nmanner he zigzagged, pointing and bursting with excitement, across the\nlawn.<\/p>\n\n<p>I watched with considerable enchantment, eventually breaking myself away\nto fetch my camera and tripod. They came in soon after, so <span class='nobr'>I wasn't<\/span> really\nable to get much of <span class='nobr'>a picture<\/span> (the one above is about the best <span class='nobr'>I could<\/span> come\nup with), but it was <span class='nobr'>a wonderful<\/span> event to witness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anthony chased fireflies for the first time the other day.
