During our trip to\nHokkaido<\/a> a month<\/span> ago, we twice ate lunch at the Furano Wine House<\/a> (\u5bcc\u826f\u91ce<\/span>\u30ef\u30a4\u30f3\u30cf\u30a6\u30b9), a\npleasant<\/span> restaurant at the top of a small<\/span> monadnock that offers commanding\nviews in three directions. Even though the top of the hill is only 50\nmeters above the surrounding plane, the views make it feel like it's much\nhigher.<\/p>\n\n

There's a tiny park next to the restaurant that's thoroughly enjoyable\nfor a four<\/span> year old, including steep banks to climb along with the normal\nattractions of a park<\/span> (place to run, bugs, spider webs, etc).<\/p>\n\n
