One lovely side-effect of using Adobe Lightroom<\/a> as the\nhub of my image workflow is that I now<\/span> have all the shots I've loaded into\nit available at my fingertips (which at this point is everything since last\nsummer, currently about 12,500 images that have survived the delete\nkey).<\/p>\n\n

I came across the wonderful photo set from when Nils and I visited some temples last\nfall<\/a>, and realized that I hadn't<\/span> posted many of them. At the time<\/span>, I did post<\/span> a bunch<\/span> of fall-foliage desktops<\/a>, and\na few<\/span> about our visit to Konpukuji Temple<\/a>, as well\nas one post with a plant<\/span> picture with interesting bokeh<\/a> and\nanother of someone relaxing\nat a temple<\/span><\/a>. But there<\/span> are so many more that appeal to me, a few<\/span> of which I've included here.<\/p>\n\n\n

For some reason, the picture above really appeals to me. It's similar<\/span> to\nthe last photo used in my first post about Lightroom<\/a>, but with a lot<\/span>\nof people. I don't<\/span> know why, but having caught the lady turning to look at\nme seems to add a lot<\/span> to this image. At least, for me it does.<\/p>\n\n

The following image, too, is wholly unremarkable, but I like<\/span> it and it's\nmy blog, so here it is. The area in<\/span> front of the house was really barren as\nif they had finished construction but not yet started landscaping, and I\nthought<\/span> the one little flower seemed to complement that well.<\/p>\n\n
