We visited Fumie's mom to have some cake for my birthday. Anthony gave\nme a card<\/span> that he picked out himself. Mommy wrote “happy birthday” on it\nfor him, and then he drew a picture<\/span> on it. It was very<\/span> sweet.<\/p>\n\n

Anthony was still dressed up from the entrance ceremony held that morning at\nhis preschool (wearing the same spiffy vest that he wore to it last year<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n

<\/a>Milk and Chocolate Cake..... Mmmmmm.....<\/span><\/div>\n\n

Considering that he was dressed nicely, I'm glad that<\/span> he ate more neatly\nthan the last time he had\nchocolate cake<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

After the cake, Anthony sat with Mommy and checked out the latest Shimajiro<\/a> activity book, which comes\nmonthly courtesy of Fumie's folks.<\/p>\n\n

This time there were some quizzes and a special<\/span> pen: when you press the\npen on the correct answer, it says “you did it!” and on the wrong answer,\nvarious “try again” or “what could the answer be?” messages.<\/p>\n\n\n
