I've been crushed with work as of late, which is why I haven't<\/span> been\nposting much. I've recently started doing some consulting on a\nhigh<\/span>-pressure project, and have continued working with new builds of Adobe Lightroom<\/a> as it\nrolls toward its public release in a couple<\/span> of weeks. Despite being a just<\/span>\n1.x release, it nevertheless offers some interesting ways to customize it,\nand I've been working on some tools that will help with that, and I want<\/span> to\nhave them ready for release along with Lightroom.<\/p>\n\n

Still, I feel bad<\/span> not posting something worthwhile, so I went<\/span> into my\narchives of “blog about when you get a chance<\/span>” photos, and thought I'd\nshare the one above, which comes from Anthony's first preschool field trip<\/a>\nto the Kyoto Botanical Gardens last May.<\/p>\n\n

Like the little worker bee probably feels, I sometimes<\/span> feel overwhelmed by all the stuff I need<\/span> to do. I usually<\/span> bite\noff way more than I can<\/span> chew.<\/p>\n\n

It's better than being bored, though.<\/p>

I don't know what kind of plants they are, but they're about two meters tall — very impressive.\n(UPDATE:<\/b>: according to this comment<\/a>, they're Echium wildpretii<\/i>. Thanks Peter!)\n<\/p>\n\n
