Last week I showed four-year-old Anthony with a messy face<\/a>, and received\ncomments like “that's<\/i> not a messy<\/span> face,” with commenters\nrecklessly comparing my well-behaved four-year-old with their snotty-nosed\nincorrigibles as infants.<\/p>\n\n

Well, I used to<\/span> have one of those, too \ud83d\ude42<\/b><\/p>\n\n

Anyway, here's a followup<\/span> to the messy face<\/a> post. When\nasked to smile for the camera, Anthony tries, but it's a very<\/span> fake, plastic\nsmile. So while<\/span> taking pictures of his messy face, I did various<\/span> things to\ntry to get him to laugh.<\/p>\n\n

The first picture below is just after I made<\/span> a loud<\/span> sound..... mouseover\nthe boxed letters below the image to see subsequent views (with the number\nof seconds between)....\n\n<\/p>\n\n
