While sitting on my scooter, <span class='nobr'>I whipped<\/span> out my\ncamera and took this picture.\n\n<\/p><p>\n\nI have no idea what they were waiting for; <span class='nobr'>I doubt<\/span> it was their\ntransportation, since it was <span class='nobr'>a one<\/span>-way street heading in the direction\nthey're looking. <span class='nobr'>The street<\/span> was positively packed with people, so the few\ncars that were around were going very slowly. <span class='nobr'>I was lucky<\/span> to get <span class='nobr'>a clear<\/span>\nshot.\n\n<\/p><p>\n\nOn the temple grounds is a temple-run preschool (the sign on the gate above\nthe kimono-clad lady with the cell phone says &#8220;Eikando\nPreschool&#8221;) that we visited while considering schools for Anthony.\nThey have very cute, but <a\nhref=\"\/blog\/2005-09-02\/61\">expensive<\/a>, uniforms.\n\n<\/p><p>\n\nAnyway, for some reason, <span class='nobr'>I like this<\/span> picture.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p> While on the short outing last week that yielded the surreal foliage image, I happened upon this scene.
