The time we spent with family in Washington last week was filled with\nlots of sports, mostly baseball (both playing and watching<\/a>), but Anthony's\nlove of soccer was not overlooked. One day before<\/span> the bulk of the family flew in,\nwe visited the playground at his cousin Josh's elementary school to kick a ball<\/span> around a bit.<\/span>..<\/p>\n\n

Anthony's cousin Josh is really talented in baseball — he's seven years old, but holds his own playing against twelve-year olds — but he has little experience with soccer, so the play today was a bit<\/span> lopsided.<\/p>\n\n

The soccer was fun, but once my brothers came in, there was a lot<\/span> of baseball (among the kids, the adults, and at the ballpark).<\/p>\n\n
