Cherry blossoms are starting to bloom in earnest, but as I wrote<\/span> the other day<\/a>,\nthey're particularly far along near the Kamo River between Gojo and\nShichijo streets.<\/p>\n\n

I've posted lots of buds and blossoms lately (here<\/a>, here<\/a>, here<\/a>, here<\/a>, here<\/a>, and here<\/a>) so I've decided\nI've had enough of that, so I'm going to concentrate on the wider, human\npicture.<\/p>\n\n\n

The first and second floors of this yellow building, across the river\nfrom the corner of Kawabata and Shichijo streets, have good restaurants. The second<\/span> floor is Thai restaurant “Kin Kaho”, while the first floor is\nthe “Obyan Cafe”. Both are recommended.<\/p>\n\n\n
