BBQ buffet. <span class='nobr'>A truly<\/span> wonderful day.<\/p>\n\n<p>I barely had time to glance at some of the photos from the mountains\nbefore having to run off to the BBQ, but the colors above caught my eye. <span class='nobr'>It has no<\/span> post processing except white balance (which <span class='nobr'>I set<\/span> via <span class='nobr'>a\nproperly<\/span>-calibrated WhiBal shot), and <span class='nobr'>a slight<\/span> sliver cropped off the\nheight to get it to fit <span class='nobr'>a widescreen<\/span> desktop aspect ratio. Otherwise, it's all defaults in Lightroom.<\/p>\n\n<p>It's from a stop at the Gioji Temple <span class='nobr'>(\u7947\u738b\u5bfa)<\/span> early on before hitting the mountains. <span class='nobr'>The Gioji<\/span> Temple is one of my favorite\n&#8220;hidden&#8221; spots, off the beaten path but still accessible, and just chock full of photogenic wonders. <span class='nobr'>I first<\/span> posted about it in &#8220;<a href='\/blog\/2007-06-16\/491' class='pt'>An Introduction to Kyoto\u2019s Gioji Temple<\/a>&#8221;\nalmost exactly five years ago.
