Daimonji\n  <span class='nobr' style='font-size:125%'>&#8220\u5927&#8221;<\/span><\/a>\n\nvisible from much of Kyoto. Still, the results illustrate\nhow much foreground\/background separation you can get, even at <span\nclass='f'>f<\/span>\/18.<\/p>\n\n<p>Update May 2015: I revisited these handheld shots to align them (using the software <span class='nobr'>I created<\/span> to\nhelp me build <a href='\/blog\/category\/pretty-photos\/wigglegrams'>wigglegrams<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n<p>Around the corner, in the sun, <span class='nobr'>I found<\/span> <span class='nobr'>a brightly<\/span> lit little weed with\nwhich to test some more extreme macro shots.
