So far, no luck.<\/p>\n\n<p>Although it was mostly overcast and threatening rain today, there were <span class='nobr'>a\nfew<\/span> open spots in the clouds to the west, so <span class='nobr'>I popped<\/span> up. <span class='nobr'>Not much of<\/span> <span class='nobr'>a\nsunset,<\/span> it turned out, but while killing time waiting to see what would\nmaterialize, <span class='nobr'>I wandered<\/span> over to the temple, and then detoured down one of\nthe various hiking trails that dot the area (of which I <a\nhref=\"\/blog\/2008-06-11\/834\">once wrote <span class='nobr'>a bit<\/span> about<\/a>).\nThis time, though, <span class='nobr'>I realized<\/span> that <span class='nobr'>a trail<\/span> hugged the perimeter of the\ntemple grounds, and taking it, <span class='nobr'>I was amazed<\/span> to find that the grounds were\nmuch larger than <span class='nobr'>I thought,<\/span> and included their own overlook. Were <span class='nobr'>I to<\/span> walk that trail back\nhome, <span class='nobr'>I bet I<\/span> could get back to my place from here in less than half an\nhour. I'll have to try it sometime.
