		<description>For various reasons, Apple restricts access to content in the iTunes store based on geographic region.  I&#039;ve read elsewhere that the billing address on a credit card is how the iTunes store determines your location and hence the inventory that you may access. Might the requirement for a credit card linked to the paypal account simply be a corollary to this practice?
