    Thanks much for publishing your experiences and  images. As one who traveled numerous times to Kyoto over several years I find your photos capture the wonder  I experienced from the magical winter snow to spring and summer. If there is a location in the world beyond the SF Bay Area that I could most comfortably call home it would be Kyoto. 
     Have any photos from the grounds of  the Shogun castle?

 I also own a Nikon (D-100),  hoping to upgrade if I can get kids out of college :). Favorite lense is the Nikon 12-24 .
