Sugar alcohols (sorbitol, maltitol, etc) also are laxatives, so if you want something a bit more tasty next time, grab a bag of sugar free candy.</description>

I just had to drink a bottle of the stuff at the above link. Fleet Phospho-soda.
It feels like there is a tsunami in my stomach now. It's HORRID, but a much needed part of the preparation for my colonoscopy tomorrow. I wonder if the stuff you had was similar?</description>
