mmm…what to eat first? yellow goo with red squiggle? or maybe red powdered marshmallows?

Clearly, Krister, your knowledge of Japanese Monkey Cuisine needs some refinement. The “yellow goo” is a fried-rice omlet with ketchup. The “red powdered marshmallows” is a bowl of rice that Anthony used a red crayon to add seasoned topping to. Your question of which to go for first, however, is an excellent one, and only Curious George could say…. —Jeffrey

Well, it’s obvious that Anthony gets his culinary skills from his mother!

the only experience with japanese food i can remember is when i went to Hawaii. I tried some japanese beer and some sushi … but what i really remember was the butter mochie cake. it looked and sounded so tasty. i was excited about my multicultural treat. man was it bad. it wasn’t quite the sweetness the average american would expect from a “cake” and had this distinct bitter aftertaste. eww.
